Sparkling Homes Cleaning Service Celebrates Six Years of Supporting Cancer Patients

Albertville, MN – May 22, 2024 – Sparkling Homes Cleaning Service, Inc., a premier local cleaning company owned and operated by Chief Sparkler Michelle Allegrezza, is thrilled to announce its ongoing partnership with the nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. This organization extends complimentary house cleanings to cancer patients across the United States and Canada.

Allegrezza shared, “I feel honored and humbled to have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason for the past six years and to have the opportunity to continue providing cleaning services for those battling cancer. It’s a privilege to support them during such a challenging time in their lives. By taking care of their household duties, we’re able to alleviate some of their burdens and allow them to focus on their health and well-being without the added stress of maintaining their homes. Since 2018, Sparkling Homes Cleaning Service has supported 26 cancer patients with total donated cleanings valued at $8,704. In 2023, the company was recognized by Cleaning for a Reason as a Top 100 Cleaning Partner for most patients served.
Through their partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Sparkling Homes Cleaning Service will continue to clean for up to four local cancer patients’ homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to patients residing in Albertville, Big Lake, Becker, Clear Lake, Clearwater, Dayton, Elk River, Hanover, Monticello, Otsego, Rogers, St. Michael, and Zimmerman.
Cancer patient Renae Peterson expressed her gratitude, stating, “I am so grateful that I was able to focus on my health while Sparkling Homes Cleaning Service took care of my home. It’s hard enough to continue to take care of the family while I need to lay low, so it was wonderful that I was able to utilize this service and not worry about the added burden.”
