LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Shawnee, KS – May 20, 2024 – Platinum Cleaning, LLC has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free home cleaning services to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Owner Paige Huckabay has been eager to establish a give-back program for the company.

Huckabay shared, “As a way to share our success, Platinum Cleaning began to look for ways to be more involved in our community. Cleaning for a Reason gives us the opportunity to give back in a charitable way by doing what we love to do, while providing a much-needed service to cancer patients and their families. Cleaning holds profound importance for cancer patients because it not only creates a safe and hygienic environment but also alleviates the burden of household chores, allowing them to focus more on their health and recovery journey.”

Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Platinum Cleaning supports two cancer patients homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in the Kansas City metro area.
