MEL’S 101 SERVICES PARTNERS WITH A NONPROFIT
North York, Ontario – March 31, 2018 – Mel’s 101 Services, a service provider for homes and offices since 2014, has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit helping women with cancer. Mel’s offers a “one stop shop” approach to cleaning, providing residential and commercial cleaning, carpet services, steam cleaning, and power washing. The goal is to provide services, get the job done right the first time, and establish a relationship with clients. The company also believes in giving back to the community that supports their business.
“Mel’s 101 Services recognizes the importance of helping the community, especially those needing assistance,” stated owner Melissa Lawrence. “Cleaning For A Reason is the perfect opportunity for my employees to give their time and make a difference in a patient’s life. Seeing the benefit when the patient says thank you with tears in their eyes is the most rewarding experience. We are honored to give the gift of a clean home to a cancer patient.”
Mel’s 101 Services has agreed to help women battling cancer by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, and the Greater Toronto area. For more information about this company, go to
