Maids and Moore Celebrates 11 Years of Helping Cancer Patients

MAIDS AND MOORE PROMOTES CLEANING FOR A REASON WEEK
Austin and Conroe, Texas – April 19, 2019 – Since opening in 2008, Maids and Moore Cleaning Services has been teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients. Over 11 years, Maids and Moore has generously donated house cleanings to more than 110 cancer patients throughout Travis and Montgomery Counties.
“Partnering with Cleaning For A Reason has been amazing as it allows us to help cancer patients in their time of need by doing what we do best,” said owner Holly Moore of Maids and Moore. “We’re honored to donate the gift of a clean home to those fighting for their life. It is important for our company to give back and have a positive impact on our community.”
Maids and Moore is bringing heightened awareness of the cause to Travis and Montgomery Counties during National Cleaning For A Reason Week, April 18-24. The goal is to help more households battling any type of cancer. During this special week and in celebration of their 11 years of donated cleanings, Maids and Moore will be taking on more charitable cleans.
Maids and Moore has agreed to help cancer patients by cleaning at least 15 homes per month for two consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of Travis and Montgomery Counties and surrounding areas.
