KEELING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE JOINS A NONPROFIT
Collingwood, Ontario – October 6, 2014 – M. Keeling Property Maintenance established in 2003 by Mike and Kristina Keeling has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit foundation. The company offers a variety of services, but focuses on lawn maintenance, snow removal, and professional cleanings.
Kristina Keeling states, “We know firsthand how cancer effects everyone, and we want to help as many people as we can. When hearing about Cleaning For A Reason, I knew right away that it was something I wanted to be involved in. Knowing all too well the struggles facing those affected by this disease, this organization really touched my heart with what they were doing. My staff could not wait to join and impact the lives of women in our community. It seems like such a small thing, but we know that we can make a difference by alleviating some of the stress and work load in these patients’ lives and also by providing a calm, clean, and peaceful environment.”
The company has agreed to help women battling cancer by cleaning two homes per month for four consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Meaford, and Thornbury. Cleaning For A Reason strives to aid women who are battling cancer by teaming up with professional cleaning companies across the United States and Canada. Together, these two forces offer free house cleaning to meet the needs of women, and since 2006, have donated more than $4.5 million in free services, helping more than 15,000 women with cancer. Based in Lewisville, TX, Cleaning For A Reason works with more than 1,100 residential cleaning companies and continues to grow and gain support.
