Local Green Cleaning Company Making a Difference for Cancer Patients

CREASEY CLEANING CO. JOINS NON-PROFIT TO GIVE BACK
Cleveland, TX – October 15, 2021 – Creasey Cleaning Co., LLC has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Owners Nichole Richardson and Cassi Taylor are committed to making a difference for families in the local community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“We’re so thrilled to be a part of Cleaning for a Reason and to make a small difference in someone’s life doing what we love to do,” said Richardson. “We use eco-friendly, plant-based products that are safe for families, our cleaners, and especially cancer patients, who are often immune-compromised and require clean, safe, healthy homes. We’ve seen the toll of cancer on patients and families. My grandparents and aunt along with numerous family members and friends have battled and lost their lives to cancer.”
Said Taylor, “My husband’s uncle is battling cancer. The feeling that there is nothing you can do to help is one that no one wants to feel. Giving these cancer patients a clean home may be small compared to what they are battling, but it is a burden that we can take away from them and carry for a while.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Creasey Cleaning Co. supports two homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients in Montgomery County, parts of south Spring, and Cleveland.

Protocols at this time include the following:
• Sanitizing hands upon entry and exit
• Sanitizing major touch surfaces, including handles, doorknobs, light switches, etc.
• Wearing booties, gloves, and masks if preferred by a client
• Cleaning with a client’s personal toilet bowl brushes if preferred by a client
