Gmaids Donates House Cleaning to Cancer Patients

Dallas, Texas – August 12, 2019 – Local cleaning company Gmaids has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit serving cancer patients through free house cleaning. Owners Karen La Spina and Juan Chaparro have a mission to make a difference for families in the community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.

Through partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, Gmaids assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in the Dallas area.
“Fighting cancer is hard enough,” said Chaparro. “The impact of a clean home on cancer patients can be both emotional and physical. We are grateful for the opportunity to help cancer patients manage their homes, while they focus on recovery.”
