EcoCleaning Donates Gift of a Clean, Healthy Home to Cancer Patients

Blacksburg, VA – August 4, 2025 – EcoCleaning, LLC is proud to announce its new partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit organization providing free home cleanings to cancer patients across the United States and Canada.
“Partnering with Cleaning for a Reason allows EcoCleaning to extend our mission beyond spotless homes—it lets us bring comfort, dignity, and peace to individuals and families navigating cancer,” shared Wanda Priday, owner of EcoCleaning. “It’s an honor to turn our work into a gesture of care when it’s needed most. By using eco-friendly products and methods, we not only care for the planet and our clients’ homes, but we also help protect the health of our dedicated cleaning technicians and the cancer patients we serve — many of whom have compromised immune systems. This partnership is an extension of our core values.”
Through this meaningful collaboration, EcoCleaning is donating cleanings to two cancer patients each month for two consecutive months. These complimentary services are available to cancer patients undergoing treatment, recovering from surgery, or in hospice care in Blacksburg and the surrounding areas.
