Cancer Patients Can Count on Two Maids & A Mop of Bloomfield Hills

LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
Bloomfield Hills, MI – November 10, 2020 – Newly launched Two Maids and A Mop of Bloomfield Hills has teamed up with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason to provide free home cleaning to cancer patients. Owners Lynn and Mark Heber are committed to making a difference for families in the community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“We believe in giving back and helping others in need,” said Lynn Heber. “Everyone knows somebody that has been affected by cancer. This is our way of helping make life a little easier for those going through it. We are committed to helping brave and strong patients focus on their health, while we focus on cleaning. Mark Heber emphasized, “During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are here to support families— especially those with someone battling cancer—and businesses in our community. We are not only cleaning, but also disinfecting during this difficult time to lower the risk of spreading infection. Following CDC guidelines, our staff is properly trained on the use of EPA-approved disinfectants, wears masks and gloves, and practices social distancing in a home.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Two Maids & A Mop of Bloomfield Hills assists cancer patients by cleaning two homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Township, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Ferndale, Madison Heights, Berkley, Lathrup Village, Franklin, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Southfield, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Novi, Commerce Township, Northville, Hazel Park, Oak Park, Wixom, Keego Harbor, and Walled Lake.
