BB’z Housekeeping Donates Services to Local Cancer Patients

LOCAL COMPANY MAKING A DIFFERENCE DURING COVID-19
San Antonio, TX – October 14, 2020 – BB’z Housekeeping has teamed up with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free house cleaning to cancer patients throughout the United States and Canada. Owners Erica Sanchez and David Ayala are committed to making a difference for families in the local community and want to extend their reach to helping cancer patients.
“Having the privilege to partner with a nonprofit to help ‘flush cancer down the toilet’ means a lot to BB’z Housekeeping,” said Erica Sanchez. “We understand the difficulties of a cancer diagnosis and the side effects of treatment after watching family and friends battle cancer. It’s in my blood to want to help these individuals. I’m happy to use our professional cleaning skills to service their home, to ease their burden—delivered with a smile.”
Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, BB’z Housekeeping supports two homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This will be an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
David Ayala emphasized, “With COVID-19, we all know that a healthy home is a clean, sanitized, and disinfected home. Following CDC guidelines, we are using EPA-approved disinfectants, paying special attention to high touch areas, wearing masks and gloves, and practicing social distancing when in the home.”
