Two Maids of Granbury Celebrates Two Years of Supporting Cancer Patients

LOCAL CLEANING COMPANY CONTINUES MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Granbury, TX – July 31, 2026 – Two Maids of Granbury is celebrating two years of partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, the nonprofit organization providing free house cleaning to cancer patients across the United States and Canada. Owners Matt and Shawna Hancock are excited to support cancer patients and their families, as it aligns perfectly with their mission to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Since joining the program in July 2024, Two Maids of Granbury has proudly served six cancer patients by donating home cleaning services valued at $1,427. The partnership allows the local team to ease one of the everyday burdens of cancer treatment by giving patients a clean, comfortable home while they focus on their health and recovery.

A clean home may seem like a simple thing, but during treatment it can provide comfort, restore a sense of normalcy, and lift one more burden from a patient’s shoulders. Through its partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Two Maids of Granbury provides free home cleanings for up to two cancer patients each month. Each patient receives two complimentary cleanings—one cleaning per month for up to two months. The company serves cancer patients living in Granbury and surrounding communities, including Cresson, Glen Rose, Stephenville, Weatherford, and Tolar.
Cleaning for a Reason connects cancer patients with local residential cleaning companies that donate cleaning services, allowing patients to spend less time worrying about household chores and more time focusing on treatment, recovery, and their families. As the organization celebrates 20 years of impact, partnerships like this continue to expand its reach nationwide, bringing practical support and hope to thousands of cancer patients across North America.

The partnership also reflects the broader commitment of the Two Maids franchise system to community service.
