Reno, Nevada – March 23, 2017 – Merry Maids of Reno is a 20-year, family-owned and operated cleaning franchise that has teamed up with Cleaning For A Reason, an international nonprofit serving women with cancer. The company has a team of dedicated professional cleaners who take great pride in assisting their clients. Guaranteeing their client’s satisfaction, Merry Maids of Reno focuses on being flexible so that clients can get help when they need help the most. The company has received the Women’s Choice Award from 2013–2016 as America’s most recommended cleaning services.

“We have always been happy to help people in our community in any way we can,” stated owners Debra Knowles-Palumbo and Joseph Palumbo. “Cleaning For A Reason gives us the opportunity to help women and their families who are going through a very difficult time in their lives. Fighting cancer is hard enough. We want these women to be able to focus on their health and not on cleaning their homes.”

Merry Maids of Reno has agreed to help women battling cancer by cleaning two homes per month for four consecutive months at no charge. The only requirement is that the homes be within the company’s existing service areas of Reno, Sparks, Sun Valley, Verdi, and Washoe Valley. For more information about this company, go to
